Lt.Col. F G Blair seen here in c1900 whilst in command of the PAOLYC, seated alongside Col. R W Chandos-Pole of the DYC from the 6th April 1898 -1905. Both Regiments made up the 6th Brigade (Yeomanry) and were on camp together at Aston-on-Trent.
